Max Factor III, Esq.
Mr. Max Factor III, after spending several years in public service and non-profits efforts, settled down to nearly twenty years of private practice specializing in real estate and employment issues. He is a prominent businessman, mediator and lawyer in Beverly Hills, CA and therefore adds his distinguished business and legal experience to ICM’s Board.
Mr. Factor III graduated from Harvard College, magna cum laude in Economics, and received his J.D. from Yale Law School. He is one of California’s most notable attorneys and businessmen, who has held and continues to occupy numerous appointed and elected positions on various legal, ADR, and philanthropic Boards worldwide. His practice is now dedicated to dispute resolution in real estate and business as well as educating law students and consumers of ADR.
