About the Institute for Conflict Management, LLC
After All, It Really Is About Your Needs
The Institute for Conflict Management was originally founded in 1995 by David T. Armstrong in an effort to provide you a conflict resolution training program that focuses on the practical applications of your certification and to provide the private sector with preeminent ADR consulting and ADR systems design.
Having been involved in the conflict resolution industry for over a decade, Mr. Armstrong foresaw the early trend of specialization of conflict resolution professionals. Based on that forecast, the Institute for Conflict Management is a highly focused firm with three main goals:
1) Provide premier commercial conflict resolution training certifications.
2) Provide premier commercial arbitrators and mediators to the marketplace.
3) Assist organizations manage their risk by implementing proactive ADR Systems.
ICM has designed a framework of services specifically for these goals in a number of commercial industries and our instructors and consultants are among the leading experts on conflict resolution.
