Includes any and all persons or legal entities (companies, corporations, etc.) that have an agreement which includes a mediation and/or arbitration provision, or who have signed appropriate forms or agreements under ICM’s Rules and Procedures, and who have a recognizable interest in the outcome of the dispute.
