PAYMENT AND REGISTRATION SUBSTITUTION POLICY:
Payments made by credit card will be charged a $300.00 non-refundable deposit immediately. The remaining balance will be automatically charged a minimum of 30 (thirty) days but not more than 60 (sixty) days prior to the first day of class. Your initial credit card registration authorizes the Institute for Conflict Management, LLC to automatically rebill your credit card on file for the remaining balance due. Substitutions are permitted for individuals from the same company or organization. Substitution requests must be received in writing no later than 30 (thirty) days before the first day of the registered program. Registered participants who are unable to attend the program for which they are registered will be eligible for a training credit issued by the Institute for Conflict Management, LLC towards the next course, program, workshop, or seminar offered at equal or lesser value.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
The Institute for Conflict Management, LLC reserves the right to cancel courses, programs, workshops or seminars at any time for any reason. The decision to cancel is at the sole discretion of the Institute. In the event the Institute for Conflict Management, LLC cancels a program, trainees will be sent a full refund. Consequently, The Institute for Conflict Management, LLC assumes no responsibility or liability for any transportation, travel, or penalty costs incurred by customers in making their travel arrangements.
Neither the Institute for Conflict Management, LLC nor any of its affiliates shall be liable for any direct, indirect, special, consequential, incidental or punitive damages (including, without limitation, lost profits or revenues, costs of replacement goods, business interruption and loss or damage arising out of registration for any of the Institute for Conflict Management, LLC’s courses, programs, workshops or seminars.

Registrants who cancel their reservation at least 60-days (sixty) prior to the first day of courses will receive a refund less an administration fee of $300.00. ALL COURSES, PROGRAMS, WORKSHOPS, OR SEMINARS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE WITHIN 60-DAYS OF THE FIRST TRAINING DAY.
All cancellations received less than 60 (sixty) days prior to the first day of courses are non-refundable and will be eligible for a training credit issued by the Institute for Conflict Management, LLC towards the next course, program, workshop, or seminar offered at equal or lesser value.
General
The Institute for Conflict Management, LLC may revise the Terms at any time by updating this posting. You should visit this page from time to time to review the then-current Terms because they are binding on you. These terms, conditions, and legal policies override all other communication via email, telephone, and fax including autoreceipts from course registrations, direct email communication from ICM staff and directors.
