ICM SERVICES: Conciliation

A process whereby a neutral from ICM, LLC ’s panel is selected by the parties to review issues arising during the course of construction and to make a non-binding Recommendation for immediate resolution.

If your project is already underway when an issue arises, Conciliation may be a better alternative for your project. Members of ICM’s panel are trained to act as Conciliators, and adhere to the same ethics of neutrality and impartiality that would apply in the Issue Review Board® process. Conciliation is available as a less formal dispute resolution alternative and can be implemented once a project has already begun. A Conciliator is available to meet with the parties and make non-binding recommendations to help move a project forward toward completion.
