The Entertainment Mediation Group (EMG) was established by its Founders to offer parties an alternative to public Courthouses for the resolution of their disputes and to provide the most effective form of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) possible to the entertainment and other related industries, by consolidating a wide array of Mediation services for its clients.  EMI is primarily an Entertainment Industry-wide dispute resolution provider, offering the most comprehensive means available for a confidential, efficient, and cost effective solution to virtually any entertainment business dispute.  Our commitment is to provide our clients with discrete, reliable, professional and highly personalized attention to resolve sensitive and complex matters which the parties wisely do not wish to litigate, for a number of reasons.

Within the Entertainment Industry, disputes often arise that cannot be resolved by pure negotiations and yet the parties would like to come to a fair and amicable resolution, short of litigation, to preserve the long term business relationships they share, which are a cornerstone in the on-going nature of entertainment and similar business interactions.  When circumstances threaten to affect the relationships between parties, such as in the film, television, music and other entertainment industry businesses, EMI Mediation is the solution, without having to resort to the very public and potentially destructive airing of differences in open Court and the glare of the public media.
