The Institute for Conflict Management’s course on Legal Process is specifically designed for non-lawyer mediators who want to fully comprehend legal processes, language and the legal culture. With this greater understanding you will be able to more comfortably converse with your lawyer-clients and therefore provide them an even better ADR experience.

This course is taught by full time mediators Mark Loeterman, Esq. and David T. Armstrong, a non-attorney to get both perspectives while learning these skills. This program will be invaluable for both new and seasoned non-attorney mediators. ICM’s Legal Process will give you the knowledge and confidence you need to handle all types of litigated cases in mediation.
