If you’re serious about becoming a professional mediator and want to enhance your training with an opportunity to hone your skills, then Level II is for you. Once you complete the full online class and receive your Level I Certification from AttorneyCredits.com and the Institute for Conflict Management, LLC, you’re automatically eligible to upgrade your certification to the full ICM Commercial Certification with our Level II, Live Upgrade Program. Our experienced commercial mediation trainers are able to coach you and provide immediate feedback so you see a ‘real-time’ improvement in your abilities.

With the Level II Upgrade, you’ll be able to complete your foundation training online here with AttorneyCredits.com, then register with ICM directly to attend days 4 and 5 of any ICM’s Live-In-Person Mediation Training Certification anywhere in the country. Once you complete the live-in-person part of your training you’ll receive a full certification from the Institute for Conflict Management, LLC certifying you as having complete our standard 40-Hour Commercial Mediation Certification Training.

Our Level II Commercial Mediation Certification training program will give you insights and specific techniques you can use immediately to boost your abilities and communicate more effectively with your clients, co-workers, senior management or opposing counsel, while you obtain the necessary training to segue into your next career as a mediator.

With the Level II Certification, you can expect to apply and be accepted to any mediation panel, both public and private nationwide. The ICM Certification will also provide your credentials to enable to you apply and be accepted to any court panel in the United States.

How the Level II Upgrade Works:
1. Sign up and complete one of ICM’s Online Mediation Trainings with our partner AttorneyCredits.com

2. Upon successful completion of your online training, ICM will be notified by AttorneyCredits.com and you will be issued a Level I Certification.

3. Come back to this page, and register for your Level II Upgrade to full certification by selecting from the live course options below. You are only required to attend the last two days of our Live Training to complete your upgrade (days four and five).

4. Upon successful completion of days four and five of our Live Course, you’ll be issued a Full full certification from the Institute for Conflict Management, LLC certifying you as having complete our standard 40-Hour Commercial Mediation Certification Training.
