Conflict Resolution Tips

Conflicts inevitably arise between individuals or organizations. In order to resolve the conflict it is important to: a) acknowledge that the conflict exists; b) each party must strive to seek common ground; c) each party must discuss the issue instead of relying on personal attacks; d) each party must come to a decision on a plan of action, be it mediation, arbitration, or legal proceedings.
